Kits for TVS diodes

Digi-Key has announced the availability of kits for a range of TVS diodes offered by Littelfuse. These kits are in stock and are available for purchase on Digi-Key's website. They are also featured in Digi-Key's print and online catalogues. Ranging from industry-standard package sizes of SMA to SMC with wattage ratings starting at 400W and going as high as 3000W in compact surface mount packages, the TVS diodes are designed to protect sensitive computer equipment from voltage transients in such applications as telecommunications, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics. The kits include five pieces each of popular voltage values.
