TDK Corporation has introduced the TDK-Lambda DT150-C series of 150 W AC-DC external power supplies. With an average efficiency of 87% and an off load (stand by) power consumption of less than 0.5 W, the DT150-C series meets the latest ErP 1, CEC 2 and EISA 3 worldwide energy efficiency requirements. Well-suited to powering instrumentation and industrial devices, the DT150-C is also suitable for a wide range of other general purpose applications.

Available in nominal output voltages, ranging from 12 V to 48 V, the DT150-C external power supplies are packaged in an insulated compact and lightweight enclosure measuring 85 x 170 x 44 mm and are convection cooled. In addition, the DT150-C features a recessed IEC320-C14 AC inlet and a 1m long output cable with a molded Kykon 4-pin connector. The universal AC input of 90 to 264 VAC allows global operation.
Approved to international CSA/UL/EN/IEC60950-1 safety Class 1 agency standards, the DT150-C series also meets EN55022-B and FCC Class B conducted and radiated EMI. The DT150-C product range has over voltage and short circuit protection and is delivered with a two-year warranty.
