AT4 wireless is proud to announce that it is now providing OTA A-GPS (Assisted GPS) testing services to meet the increasing demand of GPS receiver performance testing.

Users demand a higher level of “use experience” to their new tablets and smartphones integrating GPS receivers. Manufacturers of mobile and wireless devices can improve and enhance GPS receiver performance by means of OTA A-GPS testing and also meet the mandatory requirements enforced by MNOs (Mobile Network Operators) and recognized Industry Organizations as CTIA.

Adding OTA A-GPS to the already extensive AT4 wireless testing portfolio is an important milestone in order to offer mobile and wireless devices manufacturers a one-stop testing and certification centre.

AT4 wireless is a CTIA Authorized Test Laboratory (CATL) to conduct the following test plans: CTIA Test Plan for Mobile Station Over the Air Performance, CWG Test Plan for Converged Devices and Global Certification Forum, Certification Criteria (GCF-CC), Annex F3.10. AT4 wireless is also a Vodafone Approved Testing Laboratory for Performance Measurements according to specification "VF_Ant_Req_V2.5".
