High-stability, low-power voltage reference

ZXRE330, a 3.3 V shunt voltage reference improves stability and power consumption. Pin compatible with industry-standard parts, the ZXRE330 comes in surface-mount SOT23 and through-hole TO92 package options.

With a typical temperature coefficient as low as 20ppm/ºC, this precision micropower device provides highly stable performance across an industrial operating temperature range of -40ºC to +85ºC. Output voltage tolerance is at ±2% at +25ºC for the ZXRE330E and ±0.5% at +25ºC for the ZXRE330A.

The ZXRE330’s low power performance is a result of its very low knee current, 1 µA typical, with excellent performance maintained over the device’s full operating current range of 2 µA to 5 mA.

The ZXRE330 reference has also been designed to be tolerant of capacitive loads and requires no output capacitor. Low output noise performance of 55 µVRMS ensures a clean output from 10 Hz to 10 kHz.
