Newly-posted in EDN Europe’s Blog pages is an entry from Redux Labs, that speaks to the role of new engineering functions in the HMI landscape; user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) designers have firmly arrived into the digital landscape, says James Lewis of Redux.

Lewis addresses the emergence of tactile displays; “the physicality of touch provides a more engaging sensory experience and ... learned ways of interacting with mechanical devices are established and instinctive...”
