RFMD’s RFCA3302 is a high performance InGaP HBT MMIC amplifier designed to run from a single +5 V supply without the need for an external dropping resistor. The high gain, high linearity, and low distortion from 40 MHz to 1008 MHz make this part ideal for broadband cable applications.

An integrated bias circuit provides stable gain over temperature and process variations. It is offered in a small SOT-89 package and is RoHS compliant. Typical features include a high gain of 21 dB, 40 dBm IP3, -65dBc CSO, and -83dBc CTB. The part features high linearity and low distortion, and opertaes from a single +5 V supply

Applications include broadband 75 Ω gain blocks, CATV distribution amplifiers, pre-amplifiers for CATV multi-dwelling units and drop amplifiers.
