Low current consumption extends battery life and single DC supply simplifies design and minimizes board layout. It's compact 16-pin, 2.5 x 2.5 mm Multi-Chip Module (MCM) package allows for a highly manufacture-able and low-cost solution.
Small signal gain is 14.2 dB; In-band IIP3is –7.3 dBm; Noise figure is 1.7 dB; Input/output impedance is internally matched to 50Ω and the device operates from a single DC supply of 1.8V.
