NI acquired the assets of NMDG NV effective October 15, 2012. The entire NMDG team has been employed by NI and brings significant experience and expertise in high-frequency measurements and network analysis to NI.

The team serves as the foundation to establish a Network Analysis Center of Excellence located in Brussels, Belgium to work worldwide with NI partners and lead user programs and develop measurement and modeling architectures on NI's platform, influencing the future product roadmaps of NI.

NI will continue to sell and support ICE software which supports a range of hardware from Rohde and Schwarz (R&S), Tektronix, and Agilent and possibly NI hardware over time. NMDG employees will maintain their existing relationship with R&S to sell and support complimentary nonlinear capability on R&S instrumentation.
