Unipower restructures to improve service to worldwide customer base

UNIPOWER has established a Global Customer Service Center in the company's Coral Springs, Florida, USA corporate headquarters as part of an on-going, planned restructuring aimed at providing superior service/support and optimal total cost of ownership to our world-wide customer base.

As a result, the power electronics company will transition the sales and operations responsibilities of its satellite operation in Lancing, United Kingdom into the Florida facility during the next two months.

UNIPOWER will continue to operate a strategic Technical Design and Development center in the UK and will be relocating the operation to a new site by December 2012 to better serve the needs of its European customers.

“UNIPOWER continues to invest in our facilities and the strategic transition of the UK Sales, Operations and Customer Service activities will allow the company to better focus on the needs of our customers who increasingly have operations throughout the world and rely on us to help them coordinate developmental, delivery, and support activities between those locations,” said Michael Henderson, UNIPOWER Vice President of Marketing.
