Crystek's The CVCO33BE-1662-1708 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) from Crystek operates from 1662 MHz to 1708 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5V to 4.5 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -106 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and has excellent linearity.

Output power is typically +2 dBm. Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the model CVCO33BE-1662-1708 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5-inch x 0.5-inch (1,27- x 1.27-cm) SMD package.
