Multiple programmable I/O options meet range of signal simulation scenarios

The PCI-6202 is a four channel, 16-bit resolution analogue-output card featuring a DNL <1 LSB (differential non-linearity of less than one least significant bit). Designed specially for dynamic signal simulation and control applications that require 16-bit accuracy through voltage output, this card is Adlink’s first 16-bit AO card to provide hardware-timed waveform generation supporting a simultaneous updating rate for four analogue output channels simultaneously at 1 Msample/sec per channel. The card provides multiple programmable I/O options: digital I/O (TTL), general-purpose timer/counters, motor-encoder inputs, and PWM (pulse-width-modulation) outputs for simple motion control. A linear-position trigger operates when the encoder counter reaches a preset value, generating an interrupt or trigger signal of 200 μsec, 2 msec, 20 msec or 200 msec for applications requiring analogue output control based on position feedback. The card has WDM drivers for C/C++, VB, Delphi, C++ Builder, and .NET programming languages, as well as full device drivers for MATLAB and LabVIEW.
