Electronic design software

Tanner EDA has introduced an affordable, interoperable electronic design software. Version 14 of Tanner Tools Pro and HiPer Silicon takes advantage of the 64bit Windows platforms; it allows large designs and runs fast. The 64bit version offers designers the option to use as much memory as their Windows platform has for larger designs. The 32bit version was limited to 2Gbyte of memory. Version 14 does not have memory limits and is optimised for 64bit computers, so that users can work on designs as large as their memory capacity allows and accomplish more in less time. Tanner Tools Pro is a software suite for the design, layout and verification of analogue, mixed signal, RF and MEMS ICs. It includes S-Edit for schematic capture, T-Spice for analogue circuit simulation, L-Edit for physical layout and L-Edit Pro for physical verification. HiPer Silicon builds on the capabilities of Tanner Tools Pro with advanced features that improve designer productivity. The capabilities include the HiPer verify foundry-compatible physical verification engine, Verilog-A simulation and layout automation.
