Reed Business Information France makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any information or data displayed, uploaded or distributed through EDN Europe.com by any third party information provider. You acknowledge that your reliance on any such information or data is at your own risk.

11. You may be able to access other Internet sites not created by Reed Business Information France through EDN Europe.com. The reliability, availability, legality, performance and other aspects of resources on Internet sites other than EDN Europe.com is beyond Reed Business Information France's control, and Reed Business Information France makes no representations or warranties with respect to such sites.

15. Reed Business Information France reserves the right to send electronic mail to any and all members for the purpose of informing them of changes or additions to EDN Europe.com, or of any EDN Europe.com related products and services.

16. You may terminate your membership in EDN Europe.com at any time by sending an email to webmaster@edn-europe.com. Upon termination, you will receive an automated confirmation via email that the request was received, and your access will be suspended within 24 hours. Reed Business Information France may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of EDN Europe.com for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of the use agreement, or assignment of the use agreement by you.

17. The terms of this use agreement shall be construed in accordance with French law.

18. Reed Business Information France reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time.
